I am an AI Research Scientist at the Samsung AI Center in Warsaw, Poland, where I work on Safety & Alignment of large language models.
I recently earned my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Sapienza University of Rome, where I was a member of the Perception and Intelligence Lab led by Prof. Fabio Galasso. During my doctoral studies, I dedicated a year to an internship as an AI Researcher at Panasonic North America, in Mountain View. Concurrently, I held a visiting researcher position at UC Berkeley within Trevor Darrell's lab at BAIR.
I hold a Master's degree in Data Science from Sapienza University of Rome, where I graduated in 2021 (110/110 cum laude). Prior to that, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Roma Tre University in 2019. During my undergraduate studies, I interned at Claranet IT, where I developed a serverless application for monitoring event-driven architectures on AWS.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, photography, running, playing the guitar, and working out at the gym. Feel free to check out some of my photos on Unsplash.

April 4, 2025 — Settled in Warsaw and officially started as an AI Research Scientist at Samsung’s AI Center. Excited for this new chapter of my life.
The focus of my past research has been on deep learning for computer vision and uncertainty estimation, with interests spanning self-supervised learning, multimodal systems, active learning, and hyperbolic neural networks. I have hands-on experience in action recognition, domain adaptation, and semantic segmentation, often under low-label or cross-domain scenarios.
